Michele Cobb

Michele Cobb is a recognized expert in the audio industry and a strategic business-development executive who has held leadership roles at five publishing organizations. As founder and partner of Forte Business Consulting, she advises publishers, podcasting companies, studios, retailers, distributors, authors, and trade organizations on sales and marketing strategy, association management, and strategic planning. She has served as executive director of the Audio Publishers Association and the Podcast Academy and as publisher of AudioFile Magazine; she is currently executive director of the Publishers Cooperative. A sought-after speaker, she has presented at more than 100 conferences across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, and has produced more than 50 major events, from awards shows to industry conferences.
